This has led me down the rabbit hole of learning epigenetics, unexplained infertility, HELLP syndrome, Epstein-barr virus, chronic fatigue, cancer, infertility, PMDD, endometriosis, gut health, nutrition, supplementation, and mindset. To truly live in health I focus on my nutrition, my mindset, my physical health, and my spiritual health. I have learned that you can live a life with vitality and energy so that you can truly enjoy the people and the activities you love.
